Glass Eyes
Our selection of glass eyes continues to grow and grow, to the point where we just may have the best selection of glass eyes for carvers in Western Canada, if not all of Canada. We strive to give you the very best eyes for your money. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the eyes that we supply, we will gladly refund your money. We have been selling eyes for over 20 years now and take pride in tracking down the best quality at the best price. We are also interested in expanding our selection to meet your needs. If you have a special project coming up and are going to have an unusual eye needs, give us a try. We can supply anything you need from 2mm (sometimes even 1mm) clear, coloured, or black eyes, to 82mm.
Standard Grade Eyes
Very nice machine-made eyes (not on wire). Reasonably priced and consistent in size and pupil diameter. Available in clear with black pupil, solid black, or 5 colours. Coloured eyes have baked enamel backs. Colours: brown, dark brown, hazel, red and yellow.
Competition Grade Eyes
Our best quality eyes (not on wire). Basic colour selection is same as standard grade eyes. Can also be custom painted for species requiring slightly different colour. Also available as clear eyes with black pupil. We recommend that you let us know which species the eyes are for so we can get the proper colouration.
Loon and Other Specialty Eyes
We carry specialty eyes for loons, Pheasants, Owls and eagles.
Fish Eyes
We stock clear (flint) fish eyes with black and clear pupils. Enamel-backed fish eyes for general use and for Rainbow Trout, Muskie and Pike. Flex™ fish eyes (not glass but extremly realistic). 24K gold-backed eyes for Large and Small Bass, Muskie, Pike, Rainbow Trout and Walleye. Also, Natural fish eyes, our best, most realistic glass eyes for general use and for Muskie, Pike and Walleye.
Absolute MatteAtelier Absolute Matte paints feature an exceptional pigment load; they have a much longer open (working) time on the palette because they don't skin over when drying (they dry from the bottom up); they can be thinned to delicate washes without breaking down; they dry to a flat matte surface, yet provide vivid, brilliant colour with minimal colour shift while drying.
