Foredom 5240

Foredom 5200

Foredom 5400

The Foredom 5400 woodcarving kit for the carver who needs lots of power at various speed ranges. The 1/3HP TX motor is a powerful DC motor that provides smooth acceleration at speeds up to 15,000RPM, with high torque at all speeds (please note that TX motors do not have reverse). Supplied with a 1/3HP TX motor, standard shaft & sheath, SXR foot control, #44 Handpiece with 3 collets (1/4",1/8", 3/32"), 12 piece accessory kit, brushes, wrench & shaft grease. Foredom SRH440 Industrial Kit

Foredom 1/6HP Industrial Kit Model SRH440. This new kit gives you the versatility of a reversing SR motor combined with extra-heavy industrial shaft strength. While the shaft is a bit stiffer than a standard Foredom shaft, it provides significantly more strength for heavy applications like stone and antler carving, or just for serious hogging-out in all types of wood. Includes motor, shaft, #44HT handpiece, 2 collets (1/4”, 1/8”), foot control #SCT, and a 10 piece accessory kit. Will also accept new #28HT and #30HT handpieces Note: standard Foredom handpieces will not fit on this unit. CSA approved, 2 year warranty.
Foredom THX440

The Foredom TXH440 industrial kit is more powerful than any other flex shaft tool. Supplied with special handpiece #44HT, Heavy-duty shaft and sheath, 2 collets (1/4", 1/8"), SXR Foot control, and HK25 10-piece accessory kit. 15,000RPM.

PLEASE NOTE: TX motors do not have reverse. The TXH440 uses special heavy handpieces, shafts, and sheaths. They are not interchangeable with regular Foredom accessories. This is a great tool for stone and antler carvers; we recommend the other Foredom machines for most general applications. Please call if you are not sure. CSA approved.
Foredom 2252 Chisel Carving Kit

Ideally suited for chisel carving, this dream kit is smooth, quiet and powerful. Foredom Angle Grinder Kit

Foredom’s versatile new 2” angle grinder is a compact, lightweight and easy to manage attachment for working on virtually any material using 2” and smaller accessories. This quality-machined angle grinder fits all Foredom #30 handpieces (30, 30H, 30SJ). Kit includes a #30 handpiece and the Angle Grinder Head with short hub and 120 grit flap wheel installed; tools & drive pin to attach the grinder to any #30 handpiece; a long hub and mounting hardware for 3/8” arbor hole wheels; a 2” rubber disc mandrel and 5 assorted sanding discs, a sanding screen and velcro discs for attaching discs. Foredom Belt Sander Attachment Kit

Foredom Belt Sander Attachment Kit with #30 handpiece. All metal quality-machined aluminum belt sander attachment from Foredom, has 3 permanently lubricated bearings. It is great for power sanding wood, metal, acrylic and composites quickly and easily. Replacement belts available separately. Use with #FORMAHH-30 handpiece holder for hands-free operation. The Foredom Belt Sander Attachment Kit is supplied with a Foredom #30 handpiece, chuck key, hex key, 180 grit belt installed and 3 each of 100, 180, 240 grit replacement belts. Fits all standard Foredom flex-shaft machines.

Dura-GRIT Abrasive Cutters

Tough tungsten-carbide cutters for tough jobs. Very aggressive yet leave quite a smooth finish. We rate them between a Ruby Carver and a Typhoon bur. They're very controllable and they last and last. Grit will not tear loose and the edges stay sharp. All have 1/8" shanks.

Tri-Cutters

While they may look mean, these solid-carbide cutters are very smooth to use and easy to control. Also called "rotary chisels", they cut very fast and extremely clean in most materials including wood, soft stone, bone, and antler. The heads are made from solid carbide, so they should last nearly forever. They can be sharpened with a diamond sharpening wheel.
