TPS Micromotor
Looking for a high quality micromotor machine at a reasonable cost? Our all-Japanese-built TPS micromotor has all the features you want in a micromotor: quick bit changing, forward and reverse, removeable or adaptable collets, a fulltorque-at-all-speed controller, and a small, comfortable handpiece that delivers smooth, quiet, powerful operation - at about half the price of an NSK. Kit includes a controller, one handpiece with a 1/8" collet and 3/32" quick-change collet adapter, a rubber handpiece cradle, extra fuse, extra motor brushes, and it all comes with our unconditional one year warranty that covers everything (including bearings!)
NSK Electer Emax
Without a doubt the finest micro motor tools made today - the best of the best! NSK tools feature lots of torque and incredibly smooth, vibration free operation. It's built to outlast any other similar tool. Other features include quick-release bit change, easy to change collets, and excellent constant speed control even at low RPM's. We've been using an NSK Electer in our shop since 1985 and have yet to find anything that can match its quality (although we're very impressed with our TPS machines).
The all-new Electer Emax features a digital controller that allows you to dial in the RPM's from 1,000 to 35,000. The digital control circuitry has touch-sensitive switches and the ability to change motor direction with one touch of a switch, even with the motor running at full speed! The new Emax motor (handpiece) also has an on-off switch built into it, so you can turn the motor on/off right at the motor. The controller will accept two handpieces (one is supplied with the unit). Supplied with two collets, one handpiece holder and a rubber handpiece cradle.
1050 Micromotor Kit
Features a brushless motor, ceramic bearings and digital speed control. Using the latest technology, this micromotor has more torque than anything we've used before. It's quieter, smoother, and more powerful, too. Supplied with a 3/32" quick-release collet, variable-speed foot control, table-top handpiece holder, side-mount cradle, and extra fuse. Speeds from 1,000 to 50,000RPM with fulltorque constant speed control and a digital speed indicator. Smart circuitry even allows forward/reverse direction changes without powering down manually. Unique "cruise" feature lets you turn the handpiece on and off using the foot control while operating the unit hands-and-foot free for less fatigue. Two year warranty.
Foredom 1070 Micromotor Kit
Great features and value in a lower-priced micromotor tool. Features speeds up to 38,000RPM with forward and reverse. Includes controller, handpiece with 3/32" collet, variable-speed foot control, handpiece cradle, collet wrenches, spare motor brushes and fuse. Will operate on 120 or 220V current using the built-in selector switch. Optional on-off foot control available separately. One year warranty.
Foredom 1050The brushless Foredom 1050 micromotor is ideal for various applications at high, medium and low speed, and offers high torque throughout the entire speed range of 1,000-50,000 rpm. The control box has an easy to read digital display for precise speed and torque settings.
